Obituary
Ethel Ramsey, age 94 of Zionsville, IN, passed away Monday, January 1, 2007 at Zionsville Meadows.
The daughter of J.C. and Polly (Snow) Benegar was born October 26, 1912 in Newton County, AR. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bill Ramsey; a daughter, Pauline Cooper; and a grandson, Dean Ramsey.
Ethel had worked at Chews Regal Grocery and Picketts Poultry, both in Sheridan.
Survivors include her sons, C.A. Ramsey and his wife, Margie of Falling Waters, WV and Jeri Ramsey and his wife, Sharlene of Zionsville; her daughter, Shelby and her husband, Jack Bishop of Lebanon, IN;; a brother, Archie Benegar of Tennessee; a sister, Prudence Norton of Arkansas; nine grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and five step great great grandchildren.
Service was Friday, January 5, at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel in Jasper. Burial was in Wayton Cemetery, Wayton, AR. Visitation was Friday evening at the funeral home.
