Obituary
Ella Pearl May, age 86 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Sunday, November 2, 2014 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison.
The daughter of W. T. and Louisa (Martin) May was born September 20, 1928 in Harrison.
Ella was born and grew up at the foot of Sulphur Mountain. She loved her church and her family. She especially enjoyed her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Clifton Harmon; a daughter, Cathy Smith; a great-grandson, Buddy; two brothers; and six sisters.
Survivors are her husband of 43 years, Bobby May of the home; sons, Charles Harmon of Harrison, Jimmy May and wife Tana of Harrison and Richard May of Bella Vista, Arkansas; daughters, Joyce Bruner and husband Tim of Texas and Juanita Cecil of Harrison; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
Service was Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Verlin Brown officiated.
There was an open visitation on Wednesday, November 5, 2014.
Burial followed service in White Church Cemetery with pallbearers being Charles Harmon, Jeff May, Brandon Harmon, Jimmy May, Kevin Denner, and Kevin Dillard.
