The son of Glen and Dorothy Seamster, he was born September 26, 1952 in Washington, D.C.
He is the father of Ryan Seamster and Aaron Seamster.
Cremation and arrangements are being handled by Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.
There will be a memorial service held at a later date.
