Edward Charles Kelley, of Summit, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2022 at his home.
The son of Charlie and Hazel (Dow) Kelley was born on September 1, 1954 in Monette, Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He leaves behind one brother, Eddie Kelley.
There is no service planned at this time.
