Obituary

Edward Jacobson (Eddie) was born August 4, 1941 to Olive and Edward Jacobson in Fort Worth, TX. He passed away on September 30, 2019.  He had lived in Harrison for about thirty years.

Eddie was well known in Harrison for his wonderful "Longhorn Barbeque Wagon". He loved smoking meats and feeding people.

Before moving to Harrison he had a restaurant in Texas.  He also loved cars, building them, fixing them and selling them.  He built himself a beautiful 1923 Ford T-Bucket, which he was so proud of.  He loved showing his car at shows and taking his BBQ Wagon around the Ozarks.  He and his buddies formed their own "Rat Pack" car club.  He was loved by those who knew him and will be greatly missed.

Our thanks go out to all the staff at Point Lookout Nursing and Rehab Center for the wonderful care they gave him for the past year and to Hospice for the past few months.

Arrangements are under the direction of Coffman Funeral Home. Memorial service will be held at a later date.
