Eddie Frank Porter, of Harrison, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2026.  He was 53 years old. 

The son of David Frank and Karon Sue (Hathcock) Porter was born on January 18, 1973 in Ada, Oklahoma. 

Eddie was an avid outdoorsman who especially enjoyed hunting and fishing.  He was the kind of guy who had a big heart and his kindness for others and willingness to help was always present. Eddie will be tremendously missed by his sister, nieces, nephews, and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include one sister and her husband, Carrie and Phillip Smith; one niece, Courtney Foutch, and her children, Kendall Foutch and Copeland Carter; and two nephews, Nicholas Foutch and Jayce Smith. 

A family directed memorial service will be Saturday, August 22, 2026 at Woodland Church at 10:00 AM.
