Earl C. Faddis, age 74 of Harrison, passed away Friday, Nov. 9, 2007 at the North Arkansas Regional Medical Center. The son of Jim M. and Minnie (Klutts) Faddis, was born August 5, 1933 at Compton.
He was a lifetime resident of this area and a U. S. Army veteran. He was a plumber/electrician for several years and had retired. He enjoyed doing woodworking and also just being outdoors.
His parents and an infant grandson, Andrew all preceded him in death.
Surviving is his wife, Betty (Mills) Faddis, whom he would have been married to 50 years this December 24th. Also surviving is his son, Alan and his wife, Amanda Faddis of Bella Vista; one sister, Virgie Woodworth of St. Paul; three granddaughters, Lori, Brittany, and Tiffany Faddis; a newphew, Gene Woodworth and wife, Evelyn of St. Paul; a good friend, Kelli Faddis of Harrison and many other family and friends.
Open visitation was Sunday, November 11, 2007 at Coffman Funeral Home with graveside service Monday, November 12, 2007. Burial will follow at Hilltop Cemetery with Bobby Brown officiating.
Honorary pallbearers were, J. H. Wagner, Alvie Underwood, Steve Lair, Steve Turner, Ardath Yancey, and nephews.
