Obituary
E. Ellen Jeka, age 85 of Harrison, AR passed away Friday, August 28, 2009 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center after a lengthy illness.
The daughter of Samuel Braz and Martha Elizabeth (Jones) White, she was born October 26, 1923 in Harrison.
She was preceded in death by her previous husbands and one great-grandchild.
Ellen was retired from Farmers Insurance Company and was a former greeter for Wal Mart in Harrison. She enjoyed her flower gardening and going to music shows in Branson with her friends.
She is survived by one brother, J.B. White and wife Eunice of Rosamond, California; two sons, Cloyd Passmore and wife Judy of Western Grove, and Robert E. Passmore of Harrison; her daughter, Dona Krisanits of Harrison; three stepsons, Russell, Roger, and Duane Jeka, all of California, sixteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and a host of friends who will mourn her passing.
Services were Monday, August 31, 2009, 11:00 AM at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel with visitation preceding. Mike Moore officiated and Paul Braschler was soloist.
Memorials may be made to Crossroads Community Church, 2658 Old Bergman Rd., Harrison, AR.
