Doyle Vernon Royce, age 81 of Vendor, AR, passed away in Harrison, AR and went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 27, 2018.

The son of Howard and Virginia (Collins) Royce was born June 3, 1936 in Piercetown, AR.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife and mother of his children, Joanner (Campbell) Royce; two grandchildren, Marlania Greenhaw and Samantha Buth; one stepson, Mark Ward; one brother, Orvin Royce; and two sisters, Lorine Garrett and Clara Blackston.

Doyle was an Evangelist and was loved by all who met him.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Royce of the home; five children, Betty Eddings (Alan) of Hasty, AR, Carl Royce (Deena) of Hasty, AR, Teresa Ford (Daniel) of Vendor, AR, Cecil Royce (Sandy) of Vendor, AR, and Daniel Royce (Trish) of Vendor, AR; three stepchildren, Clark Ward, Diana Dudley and Adina Koontz; eleven grandchildren; twenty two great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

He is also survived by three brothers, Dorvin Royce of Springdale, AR; Troy Royce (Carolyn) of Mt. Judea, AR., and John Royce of Springdale, AR, his sister-in-law, Betty Lou Campbell of Piercetown, AR; his brother-in-law, Loyd Campbell of Vendor, AR; and many other relatives and friends who will mourn his passing.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper, AR.

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at Log Hall Church in Vendor, AR. with Pastor Paul Martin officiating.
Burial will follow in Campbell Ricketts Cemetery in Vendor, AR.

Pallbearers will be his grandsons, Jason Henson, Matthew Royce, Steven Royce, Brentley Royce, Trenton Eddings and Shawnie Reddell.

Honorary pallbearers are his great grandsons, great-great grandsons, his home health nurse, Phil, Donald Richardson and Phillip Campbell.
