Obituary
Dorothy Belle Ward, age 74 of Farmington, New Mexico, formerly of Harrison, Arkansas passed away June 24, 2012 in Farmington.
The daughter of Charles Luther and Emily Louise Disney Sawyer was born September 25, 1937 in Marble, Colorado.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Joe Monroe Ward; two brothers, Robert Disney and Charles Disney; and a sister, Lillian Disney.
Dorothy loved the Lord and attended Osage Baptist Church. She enjoyed her family and was the family peace maker. She also enjoyed crocheting.
Survivors are her children, Joseph Ward and wife Vicky, Robert Morlang, Anna Hodges and husband Ron, Lillian Wood and husband Woody, Dorothy Ward and Wesley Reed, Bessie Glenn, Sue Markle and husband James, and Juanita Allen; a sister-in-law, Mary Disney; 24 grandchildren; and 47 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was open Thursday, July 5, 2012 at Coffman Funeral Home.
Graveside service was Friday, July 6, 2012 at Plumlee Cemetery with Bro. Lannie Younger officiating.
Pallbearers were Lillian Roberta Ward. Dorothy Mae Ward, Bessie Marie Glenn, Sue Markle, Juanita Lee Allen, James Markle, Jeremiah Blakley, and Robert Morlang.
Honorary pallbearers were Joseph Ward, James Campbell, and Junior Campbell.
