Obituary
Dorothy Mae Henderson, age 82 of St. Joe, Arkansas passed away Sunday, June 12, 2016 in Springfield, Missouri.
The daughter of George Daniel and Venie Elizabeth (Bowie) High was born on November 15, 1933 in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Dorothy was a proud member of the Order of the Eastern Star and also a member of Buffalo River Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, Gene Henderson of the home; one daughter, Shelia Cellars of Conway, Arkansas; five brothers and sisters, Mildred Elizabeth Spendlove of Reno, Nevada, Deborah Oliver of Reno, Nevada, Geraldine Canupp of Martinez, Georgia, Danny High of Hayward, California and Mike High of Reno, Nevada and many others who will mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at 10:00 am at the Buffalo River Baptist Church in St. Joe, Arkansas. Burial will follow in Love Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison. Pallbearers will include family and friends.
