Obituary
Doris Jean Stuckey age 80 of Harrison, passed away Thursday, December 5, 2013 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison.
The daughter of Raymond and Wilma (Rand) Cantrell was born August 28, 1933 in Elizabeth, Arkansas.
Doris had lived in Harrison for six years, moving here from Green Forest, Arkansas. She married her husband of 59 years, John Stuckey in Green Forest. She and John traveled to Belarus twice in their 59 years doing Missionary work. Doris was a member of the Gaither Mountain Church of Christ. She enjoyed working with flowers and gardening.
Doris Jean was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, John of the home: two daughters, Vickie Drain and husband, Jeff of Harrison, Arkansas and Deborah Roy and husband, Rob of Mount Vernon, Texas; one brother, George Cantrell and wife, Linda of Berryville, Arkansas; two sisters, Juanita Sumrall and husband, Don of Berryville, Arkansas and Mary Jones of Alpena, Arkansas; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at Northside Church of Christ with Steve Powers officiating. Visitation was Monday, December 9, 2013 at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Paul, Roger Paul, Stephen Drain, Allison Neil, Jeff Drain, and Nick Neil.
Interment will be in Gass Cemetery.
