Doreen Marie Davenport, 74 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Friday, October 26, 2018 at Mount Vista Nursing and Rehabilitation.

The daughter of Edwin and Doris (Ervasti) Kyander was born March 30, 1944 at Cokato, Minnesota.

Doreen was a resident of Harrison for 17 years, moving from California.  She worked as an accountant for 35 years.  She enjoyed sewing and made all of her children's clothes when they were going to school.  She also enjoyed working on computers and doing word games and puzzles.  Doreen was one of Jehovah's Witnesses and a helpful, loving mother and grandmother.  She could be stubborn and stern at times, but she loved her family, and helped her daughter raise her children.

She was preceded in death by her husband Larry Davenport in 2000; her parents, a daughter, Patty Smith; two sisters, Sandra and Nancy; a brother, David and a daughter-in-law, Sherri.

Doreen is survived by her daughter, Sherry Davenport of Harrison; her son, Larry Davenport of Forsyth, MO; three siblings, Floyd, Rose and Wynna all of CA; her brothers and sisters-in-law, David of MO and Mary Kay, Ann and Gary all of FL; 9 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.

Memorial services will be held at 4:00 PM Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at the Kingdom Hall in Harrison with Derek Westhafer officiating.
