Donnie Hill, age 70 of Western Grove, Arkansas left this Earth to enjoy his Heavenly reward on April 11, 2021. He passed away doing what he enjoyed, just as he had wished.
He was born in Trumann, Arkansas on February 6, 1951 to RJ and Mildred Hill.
Donnie was a member of Bellefonte Church of Christ. He also retired from the Army National Guard as Master Sergeant. He was also a retired teacher from Valley Springs School District. He touched the lives of so many, and he never met a stranger.
He loved God first and foremost with his wife following close behind. His children were a source of pride and joy for him and he loved them fiercely. He enjoyed spoiling his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his father-in-law, James Campbell.
Donnie is survived by his wife, Connie Hill; his sons, Jeremy Hill and spouse, Kimmie of Harrison and Brian Hill of Kansas City, MO; his daughters, Christie Toland and spouse, Greg of Bentonville, AR, Amber Livingston and spouse, Chad of Springdale, AR and Katrina Hill and spouse, Alex Langley of Allen, TX; his brother, Gary Hill and spouse, Mondene of Trumann, AR; his sister, Paulette Hillis and spouse Chip, of Bergman, AR; eleven grandchildren, Jordan (Summer) Toland, Emily Toland, Peyton Hill, Ayden Toland, Gavin Hill, Jaxsen Hill, Iryland Hill, Christian Hill, Trey Hill, Spencer Hill Langley and Ben Hill; his mother-in-law, Edna Lea Campbell of Mount Judea; his brother-in-law, Ronnie Campbell and spouse Gail of Harrison; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who loved him dearly and will miss him. All who met him will never forget him.
Graveside services will be private.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 13 from 6 PM – 8 PM at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.
Honorary pallbearers are his National Guard brothers.
