Obituary
Dolen E. Breedlove, age 74 of Harrison, AR passed away Friday, April 18, 2008, at his home.
The son of Lee and Virgie Breedlove, was born September 7, 1933 at Deer, AR.
Dolen was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He had been raised in this area, then moved to California and Kansas for 30 years. Before returning here he retired from General Motors Corporation. He enjoyed bowling, being outdoors, skiing, and scuba diving.
His parents preceded him in death, along with his wife, Fay Breedlove; a son, Dolen Glenn Breedlove; and brothers, Verlin and Arnold Breedlove.
Survivors are his son and daughter-in-law, Daren and Patty Breedlove, of Harrison; a brother, Frank Breedlove, of Deer; sisters, Shirley Shelton, of Parthenon, and Christine Williams, Betty Eddings, and Karen Hodge, all of Deer. Also surviving him are his grandchildren, Daniel Breedlove, Daren Breedlove, Jr., and Candace Breedlove.
Visitation was held before services Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel in Harrison.
Cremation arrangements are being handled by Coffman Funeral Home.
