Dianna Lynn Stephens, age 46 of Lead Hill, AR passed away Sunday, May 14, 2006 at her home.
She was born December 4, 1959 in Eutis, FL a daughter of Edward H. Hoffman, Sr. and Dianna L. (Howard) Hoffman.
She was preceded in death by her father and was a homemaker.
Survivors are her husband, Mitchell D. Stephens of the home; children, Shelby Stephens and Zachary Stephens both of the home; mother, Dianna Hoffman of Diamond City, AR; and brothers, Edward H. Hoffman, Jr. of Ohio and William E. Hoffman of Diamond City, AR.
Cremation arrangements have been made with Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison. Memorial service was Wednesday at The Lighthouse Church in Diamond City, AR.
Memorial donations may be made to the family for Dianna's children.
