IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Dianna Lynn
Rosamond
August 14, 1963 – November 30, 2021
Dianna Lynn Rosamond, a longtime resident of Harrison, passed away peacefully in her husband's arms, on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at Mount Vista Nursing Home. She was 58 years old.
The daughter of Richard F. Thomas and Anne G. (Shea) Stockschlader was born on August 14, 1963 in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
She was preceded in death by her father and stepfather.
Survivors include her husband, Damon Rosamond; one son, William Rosamond; one daughter and her husband, Kera and Buck Wood; three grandchildren, Jackson Rosamond, Shayanne Smith, and Esalie Wood; two sisters, Lori-Ann Welch and husband, Tom, and Kathryn Bartkoski and husband, Randy; one brother, Richard Thomas; and several nieces and nephews.
Dianna married the love of her life, Damon Rosamond on February 3, 1983. They were married for over 38 years. She was a food service worker with the Harrison School District for nearly 12 years and had a special love for all the students she came in contact with. Every day she went home and enjoyed talking about "her kids" as she fondly referred to them. Not to mention the bond with coworkers who became her friends.
Dianna loved spending time with her grandchildren, playing board games, going to the movies and eating out. She had a kind heart for all animals and would have had a farm full, if time allowed. Dianna used to sew and even made her own clothes when she was younger. She touched many lives with her smile and always made you feel special when you came in to contact with her.
