Obituary
Dewayne A. Lynn, age 48 of Western Grove, AR was taken from this earth to meet his heavenly Father, Thursday, July 19, 2007 at Skaggs Community Hospital in Branson, MO.
The son of Earnest and Nancy Marcella (Martin) Lynn Baker, was born April 7, 1959 in Harrison, AR.
Dewayne was raised in Newton County by his grandparents, George and Mary (Campbell) Martin. He had been married to his wife, Shirley (Miller) Lynn, for 6 years.
He was a traveler with a love for Jesus and had never met a stranger.
His father preceded him in death, along with his Grandparents, George and Mary Martin.
Survivors are his wife, Shirley, of the home; children, Jason Lynn, David Lynn, Tiffany Lynn, Matthew Lynn, and Jarod Lynn; his mother, Nancy Marcella Baker, of Van Buren; brother, George Lynn of Valley Springs; sisters, Christine Harris of Siloam Springs, AR Brenda Royce and Debra Royce, both of Show Low, AZ, and Nancy Brewer of Holiday Island, AR. He will also be missed by many other relatives and friends.
Service was Saturday, July 28, 2007 at Coffman Chapel in Jasper with Rev. Jimmy Bohannon officiating. Burial followed in Smith Cemetery at Vendor. Pallbearers were Steve Moore, Shaunie Reddell, Trevor Harris, Randy Byrd, Eric Campbell,and Stevie Riddle. Honorary pallbearers were George Lynn, Greg Lynn, John Snelson, and Gary Reddell. Visitation was open.
