Dessie Vernice Taylor, age 79 of Jasper, AR, passed away, Sunday, November 25, 2018 at Springdale Health and Rehab.
The daughter of Beecher and Nancy (Watson) Sams was born October 4, 1939 in Newton County Arkansas.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Aldon Taylor and her sister Effie (Sams) Evans.
Dessie is survived by her sons, Delbert Taylor (Debra) of Lowell, AR and Jeffery Taylor of Jasper; her daughter Nancy Aufleger of Rogers, AR; her brothers, Chester Sams of Jasper and Vestor Sams of Rogers, AR; her sisters, Geneva Laughter of Hinesville, AR, Orvis Laughter of Huntsville, AR, Helen Kolander of Jasper, Patsy Holder of Springdale, AR and Donna Nikel of Jasper; nine grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper.
Graveside service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, November 29, 2018 at Shiloh Cemetery in Jasper.
Pallbearers will be her Grandsons.
