Dennis Guy Flory, age 74, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away on Thursday, March 25, 2021.  He was born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania on June 15, 1946 and moved to Boone County, Arkansas from Florida a little over 25 years ago.

Dennis was a veteran of the US Marine Corp and served two tours during the Vietnam War.  He was an American Legion member and of Baptist faith.  He enjoyed mountain life, looking for arrowheads, antiquing, working on cars and especially enjoyed being with his friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Grace (Mitchell) Phinicie and Clarence Phinicie; his father and step-mother, Ernest Flory and Phyllis Flory and a brother, David Phinicie.

Dennis is survived by his son, Derek Flory; his daughter, Melissa Kinley and husband Jeff; his brother, Dale Phinicie and wife Jill all of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania; his sister, Diane Myers and husband Don of Shady Grove, Pennsylvania; his siblings, Vicki (Flory) Johnson, Stacey Skinner and Randy Flory, all of Arizona; four grandchildren, Alyssa Kinley, Eric Kinley, Aaron Flory and Jacob Flory; two great grandchildren, Tanner and Tracen Kinley and his close friends, Leon, Nathan, Michelle, Kirk, Matt, Tom, Greg and Diane and his special friend and caregiver, Cindy.

Graveside services with military honors will be at 11 AM, Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Hilltop Cemetery.  Visitation will be open at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison on Friday from Noon to 5 PM.

Pallbearers are Derek Flory, Kirk Bressler, Mike Majors, John Oyer, Anthony Laville and Art Alberto.
