The daughter of G.D. and Agnes (Bridges) Horn was born November 17, 1926 at Tilley, Arkansas.

Delta was an amazing woman who lived in Canada, Alaska, California, and Arizona before returning to her home state of Arkansas. She was ahead of her time; she flew planes and traveled extensively; she even had a boat named after her called "The Delta Queen".

Survivors are her children, Sherrie Coffey of Harrison and Robert Miller of Wilmington, North Carolina; brother, Denard Horn and wife Bonnie of Valley Springs, Arkansas; sisters, Mary Jo Clark and Jean McAlpin and husband Joe, all of Valley Springs, Arkansas; five grandchildren, Blake Coffey, James "Boo" Coffey, Nicole Miller, Matthew Miller, and Madison Wyatt; two great-grandchildren, Londyn King and Kinley Coffey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, who loved her very much.
