Delores Marie Hunter, 86 of Kansas City, Missouri passed away Sunday, March 24, 2019 at Tiffany Springs Nursing and Rehabilitation.

The daughter of John and Martha (Bates) Williams was born at Dodge City, Kansas on September 27, 1932. She had been a resident of Missouri most of her life and was of Baptist faith.

Delores loved spending time with her family and attending family gatherings. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and shopping and having visitors to her home made her happy. She was a very loving mother and grandmother. She watched her grandchildren with a big smile and loved getting hugs from them.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Kenneth Lee Hunter, a daughter, Carolyn Marie Hilding, a son, Larry Duwayne Hunter, two grandsons, Richard Fugate and Keith Fugate, two sisters, Wanda Williams and Dorothy Jantz, two brothers and Richard Williams and Leonard Williams.

Delores is survived by her children, John Eugene Hunter and wife Carol of Poteau, Oklahoma, Rosalie Wilson and husband John of Kansas City, Missouri and Trish Hunter and husband Bryan of Kearney, Missouri; 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 5 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who loved her and will miss her.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at Love Cemetery in St. Joe, Arkansas. There will be no visitation.

Pallbearers are Eric Parsons, Mike Hunter, Eddie Williams, Shane Williams, Bryan Hunter and John Wilson.
