Obituary
David "Marvin" Lee Sappenfield, age 46 of Western Grove, passed away August 7, 2011.
The son of Robert Sappenfield and Carrie "June" (Merritt) Gibbons was born October 21, 1964 in Yakima, Washington.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, barbequing, singing and playing his guitar. He also enjoyed spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his father and his brother, Archie Sappenfield.
He is survived by his wife, Stacy Sappenfield of Western Grove; his mother, Carrie "June" Gibbons of Western Grove; his son and daughter-in-law, Justin and Jessica Sappenfield of Harrison; his daughter, Linda Sappenfield and fiance' James Cook of Valley Springs; his brother, Robert Sappenfield of Valley Springs; his sisters, Debbie Breedlove and husband Troy of Valley Springs and Teresa Keener of Bellefonte; and his grandson, Zane Elijah Cook.
Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Friday August 12, 2011 at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison. With Dennis Sisco officiating. Burial will follow at Sand Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Scott Sisco, Jeramie Bolin, David Dillon, Raymond Tilley, Craig Henrikson, and Doug Hankins.
Honorary pallbearers are the staff of Tire World, and nephews, nieces and Friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to help with expenses.
