David Henry Greenwood Jr., 69, of Harrison, AR died Saturday, March 07, 2015.

He was born September 30, 1945 in Memphis, TN, the son of Doris Maxwell Greenwood and David Henry Greenwood, Sr.

David was a veteran of the Vietnam War where he served in the U.S. Navy, a graduate of Memphis State University, and retired from Chrysler Corporation. David was married, a father of 3 children, 2 step children, and a proud grandfather.

David is survived by his wife Becky of Harrison; his daughter Teresa Green of Thompson's Station, TN, son-in-law Jason; grandsons Wyatt, Cooper and Garrett; his son Michael Greenwood of Oakland, TN, daughter-in-law Jamie; and granddaughters Karsyn and Kyleigh; his son Bobby Greenwood of Thompson's Station TN, daughter-in-law Pam; and grandsons Cole and Nolan; his stepson Randall Robinson of Parthenon AR, daughter-in-law Libby; grandson Justin Lane and wife Kristina; great granddaughters Avery and Emery; step daughter Cristi Johnson of Harrison, AR, and son-in-law Charles; his sister Martha Graham of Newport Beach CA and brother-in-law Al; and many other family and friends.

David was preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter Rylee.

Celebrations of Life was held on Tuesday, March 10th at Parthenon First Baptist Church in Parthenon, AR at 6pm, and on Wednesday, March 11th at Bartlett Baptist Church in Bartlett, TN at 11am. In lieu of flowers the family request you donate to Legacy Hospice, The Wounded Warrior Project, Parkinson's Foundation, or Alzheimer's Association.
