Obituary

David J. Feber, age 81 of Wayton, Arkansas, went to be with his Lord on March 4, 2024.

Davis was born in Saratoga Springs, New York on June 17, 1942.  He was the son of Charles Vines and Olive May Bathrick.  At the age of 7, he was adopted by his stepfather Dr. Roy Feber.

After graduating from Los Alamos High School, David joined the Marines to serve his country.  He served from 1960 to 1964.  After his time with the Marines, he flew co-pilot for North Central Airlines in Alaska and later attended school to become an Air Route Traffic Controller. He retired from there and moved to Wayton in 1977 with his wife Jeanne and longtime friend Barbara Kandinger.  David has lived in New York, Hawaii, Alaska, Florida and New Mexico but of all the places he has been, he loved Wayton the best and considered it to be his home.

David is preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Jeanne Anne and his second wife Barbara Jean and a nephew.

He is survived by two brothers Mark Feber of California and Roy C Feber of Michigan and two sisters, Lynne B. Bulgaris of New Hampshire and Jean Sanders of Maine.  He also has 9 nieces and nephews and 8 great nieces and nephews.

The memorial service will be at 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 16, 2024, at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper, AR., with Brother Tony Taylor officiating.
