David Ed Campbell, age 54 of Deer, Arkansas passed away Thursday, November 12, 2009 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison, Arkansas.

The son of Jimmie and Eileen Marie (Dotson) Campbell was born May 12, 1955 at Russellville, Arkansas.

David was a self employed auto mechanic and landscaper. He had lived most of his life in Newton County and was of the Pentecostal faith.

His parents preceded him in death, along with a son, Jared Campbell; two nephews, Aaron and Little One Campbell; a great-great nephew, Daniel Willowby and a sister-in-law, Vaska Campbell.

Survivors are his wife, Audra (Kilgore) Campbell of the home, to whom he was married October 24, 2008; three sons, Davy Campbell of the home; Jimmy Ed Campbell of Green Forest and Elijah Campbell of Louisiana; two daughters, Annie Moore of Bergman and Miranda Campbell of Green Forest; a step-son, Christian Madison of Jasper; two step-daughters, Randi Madison of Parthenon and Jessica Madison of Jasper; five brothers Junior Campbell, Tommy Campbell and Samuel Campbell all of Deer, Arkansas; Charles Campbell of Springdale, Arkansas and Danny Campbell of Hagarville, Arkansas; one sister, Joyce Henderson of Wayton, Arkansas; six grandchildren and one grandchild expected in a couple of months; many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Funeral service was Monday, November 16, 2009 at the Deer School Gymnasium with Brother Ricky Stone officiating. Burial followed in the Deer Cemetery. Visitation was Sunday, November 15, 2009 at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper.

Pallbearers were Scut Clayborn, Dylan Campbell, Craig Campbell, Jessie Puddu, Eric Wilson and C.J. Campbell. Honorary pallbearers were Davy Campbell, Steve Brown, Jerry Clayborn, Bobby Wayne Henderson, Bradon Collins, Clayton Wilson and Christain Madison.
