Lewis David "Dave" Wyatt, age 72 of Western Grove, Arkansas passed away Thursday, March 26, 2009 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison.

The son of Logan and Tinnie (Sullivan) Wyatt, he was born May 31, 1936 in the Woolum area in Searcy County. He was a lifetime resident of Searcy and Newton Counties, and attended church at Pindall Church of Christ and Pine Bluff Community Church. Dave enjoyed his grandchildren, family and friends, riding horses, hunting and sports.

His parents preceded him in death along with a son, Randy Wyatt; grandsons, Jason Wyatt and James Trueblood; brothers, Robert and Albert Lee Wyatt;and a sister, Novaleen Hendrix.

Survivors are his wife, Pat (Gibbons) Wyatt of the home; his children, Tim Wyatt and Rene' Lowery both of Western Grove; brothers, Jay Wyatt and wife, Joann, of Western Grove, Ed Wyatt and wife, Pauline of St. Joe, Newt Wyatt and wife, Versalee of Marshall; a sister, Cindy Grinder of St. Joe; three grandchildren, Jeremy Wyatt and wife, Kim, Tish Lowery, and Madison Wyatt; two great grandchildren, Will and Jeremiah Wyatt.

Visitation was Friday, March 27, 2009 at Coffman Funeral Home with the service Saturday, March 28, 2009 at Holder Chapel in Western Grove. Burial followed in Western Grove Cemetery. Leo Dye and Chris Wyatt officiated.

Pallbearers were G. W. Martin, Elgie Martin, Jerry Lee, Paul Lee, Charles Fortner, Harold Collins, and Dewayne White.
Honorary Pallbearers were all his friends at the Western Grove Deli.
