Obituary
Daniel Joseph Lanning, age 73 of Everton, Arkansas passed away Sunday, August 21, 2011 at his home.
The son of James William and Evelyn (Ingersoll) Lanning was born August 14, 1938 in New Jersey.
He was a manager of IBM Corporation.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Charlotte Lanning; and a brother, John Lanning.
Survivors are his son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Rachel Lanning of Woodstock, Georgia and daughter, Veronica Lanning of Woodridge, Illinois; brothers, James Lanning of West Virginia, Kenneth Lanning of St. Louis, Missouri and Clarence Lanning of California; sisters, Elsie McDonald of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Evelyn Lanning; three grandchildren, Daniel Lanning, Michael Lanning and Ansley Pharr; and his good friend, Martha Ledbetter.
Visitation was Thursday, August 25, 2011 at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.
Graveside Service was Friday, August 26, 2011 at Warner Cemetery near Olvey, Arkansas.
Pallbearers were family members and friends.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1200 W. Walnut Street, Suite 2313, Rogers, Arkansas 72756..
