Obituary
Coy C. "Buddy" Cole, Jr., age 61 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Monday, December 29, 2008 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison.
The son of Coy C. Cole, Sr. and Mary Adelaide (Peterson) Cole, he was born December 15, 1947 in Harrison.
Buddy graduated Harrison High School in 1965; was the founding member of Hillbilly Wheels Streetrod Club and retired from Alltell Telphone Company. He was baptized in the Baptist Church at Bellefonte and accepted Christ as his Savior.
Survivors are his wife, Dee Ann (Harris) Cole of the home; sons, Michael Shane Cole of Houston, Texas and Kristen Joseph Cole of Harrison; sisters, Mary Stonecipher of Little Kansas, Oklahoma and Sylvia Ragland of Harrison; and grandchildren, Samantha Jill and Jacob Andrew.
Services were Friday, January 2, 2009 at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison. Burial followed in Hazelwood Cemetery in Springfield, Missouri. Open visitation was Wednesday, December 31, 2008 and Thursday, January 1, 2009
Memorial donations may be made in Buddy's memory to the Ozark Humane Society, P.O. Box 542, Harrison, AR 72602.
