Coy Wayne Chapman, 51 of Green Forest, Arkansas passed away Sunday, December 31, 2017 at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.

The son of Harold Wayne Chapman and Donna (Smith) Chapman Stout was born December 28, 1966 at Yellville, Arkansas.

He was a longtime resident of Green Forest and an old car and gun enthusiast.  Coy Wayne was a loyal friend who had unshakeable friendships with those he was closest to.

He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Chapman; his mother, Donna Stout; and his wife, Tammy Chapman.

He is survived by his stepfather, David Stout of Harrison; his stepmother, Joyce Chapman of Yellville, his half-brother, Darin Hightshoe of Spencer, IN; five half-sisters, Darla Cheek of Yellville, Lisa Benett of Pocahontas, Pam Nelson of Tecumseh, MO and Sherry Beck of Yellville; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and friends.

An informal celebration of life will be held at 7:00 PM, Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel in Harrison.  Burial will be at New Home Cemetery near Green Forest at 2:00 PM on Friday, January 5, 2018.
