Obituary
Connie Young, age 56 of Harrison, AR, passed away Friday, February 8, 2008 in Harrison.
The daughter of Ervin "Bud" and Dorothy (Uren) Van Brocklin, was born August 16, 1951 in Lansing, IA.
Connie loved her family very much and enjoyed collecting penguins and traveling.
Her mother preceded her in death, along with a sister, Barbara Immel, and her husband, Dennis Ray Young.
Survivors are her sons, Quenton Connell, of Little Rock; daughter, Sheila Connell Grooms, of Queen Creek, AZ; her father, Bud Van Brocklin, of Chandler, AZ; brothers, Tom Van Brocklin, of Sacramento, CA and Steve Van Brocklin, of Romance, AR; sisters, Gloria Mlakar, of Portollo, CA, Patty Renoll, of Doyle, CA, and Michele Anderson, of Phoenix, AZ; and five grandchildren.
Visitation was Wednesday, February 13, 2008 at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison. Memorial service was held Thursday, February 14, 2008 at the funeral home with Bro. Bo Hienes officiating.
