Connie Allen, of Harrison, passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.  She was 64 years old.

The daughter of John Sisco and Sue (Cochran) Sisco Harness was born on November 14, 1956 in California.

Connie was an employee of the Northwest Regional Housing Authority for 41 years.  She loved to cook and spend time with her family, especially, her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and stepfather, Wayne Harness.

Survivors include one son and his wife, Todd and Kathy Allen, of Harrison; two grandchildren, Sarah Spears and husband, J.T. and Devin Allen; and one great granddaughter, Adeline Spears.
