Conley L. O'Neal, was born in Oakland, CA, Oct. 16, 1938. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Colleen O'Neal, his 2 sons, Michael O'Neal, Patrick O'Neal, and grandson Matthew O'Neal.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Ava and Curgus O'Neal, of Vendor, Arkansas.

Conley worked for AT & T for 30 years as a switching supervisor, in Berkeley, Livermore, Pleasanton, Bishop Ranch & Danville, California.  He took an early retirement, and enjoyed working on computers. Conley was quite a handyman, and could fix anything. You could always find Conley & his buddy, Bethel walking to downtown Pleasanton, to Peet's Coffee, and meeting up with other coffee buddies.

Conley celebrated his 85th birthday Oct. 16th at Tuscany Villa (Hope Hospice) in Livermore, celebrating with balloons, cheese cake and eating an In and Out burger.

Graveside service will be held on Friday, November 3, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Smith Cemetery in Vendor, Arkansas. Pastor Anthony McCutcheon will officiate. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
