Edna Cleo Millsap, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away at home on Wednesday, July 8, 2020, surrounded by her family at the age of 82.

The daughter of John and Rosa Lea (Perryman) Hunter was born at Hot Springs, Arkansas on June 3, 1938.  She was of Pentecostal faith and a resident Arkansas most of her life.  She had worked as a licensed cosmetologist and had retired from Tyson Foods after 28 years.

Cleo enjoyed planting her flower beds and keeping a neat and clean home.  She adored her family and loved them fiercely.  She was an amazing mom and grandma, and was loved beyond measure.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Phillip Millsap; a son, Thomas Marshall, granddaughter, Accalia; three sisters, Lorene Hendrix, Irene Henderson and Carolyn Ward and two brothers, Lee Hunter and Dave Hunter.

Cleo is survived by her daughters, Shawnia Millsap of Yellville and Becky Tucker of Green Forest, her step-children, whom she loved as her own, Russell Millsap of Mt. Home, Bobby Gene Millsap and Sherry Thomas both of Excelsior Springs, Missouri; a brother, Ross Hunter of St. Joe; three sisters, Bonnie Wyatt and Anice Taylor both of St. Joe, and Willadean Cornelius of Harrison; 15 grandchildren, Angie Tucker, Dina Tucker, Caitlin Ault, Hunter Ault, Michael Young, Kasey McGee, Patrick Young, Zachary Young, Steven Marshall, Nicole Adams, Andrew Noak, Phillip R. Millsap, Amanda Millsap, Amber Millsap and Rachel Millsap; a host of great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter, Mava and many nieces, nephews and friends who loved her and will miss her dearly.

Celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 12, 2020 at 2:30 PM, at her home, 2423 Honeybee Lane, Harrison, AR, 72601.

Private burial will be in Love Cemetery in St. Joe.
