Christine Joyce Robie, age 85 of Jasper, passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at the Newton County Nursing Home in Jasper.

The daughter of Albert and Florence (Moore) Morgan was born February 25, 1935 in Bradley, AR.

She is preceded in death by her husband James Robie, daughter, Donna Hillin; parents, Albert and Florence Morgan; sisters, Linda Morgan and Juanita Smith; brothers, Norman Morgan and Charles Morgan.

In her 40's Christine returned back to college and got a degree in teaching. She taught special education in Tonopah, Nevada for many years.

Christine is survived by her daughter; Brenda Sizemore (Ralph) of Jasper; her sons, Michael Hillin (Riss) of Carrollton, TX and Petey Hillin; her sister, Glenda Hunt (Jerry) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; her granddaughters, Misty Lambert (Kyle) of Forney, TX and Lisa Chapman of Paris, TX; her great grandchildren, Bailey and Presley Lambert all of Forney, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at the Jasper Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Ralph Sizemore, Eric Olsen, Kevin Cupp, and Kevin Morgan.
