IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Christie Lee
Hyatt
October 21, 1968 – August 16, 2022
Christie Lee Hyatt, age 53, of Harrison, Arkansas, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, in Springfield, Missouri.
The daughter of Terry and Linda (Lacey) Williams was born October 21, 1968, in Sacramento, California.
She attended church at Alpena Assembly of God and River of Life. She was also a member of the National Nurses Honor Guard. She devoted her career to nursing as an RN for 32 years. She has been involved in caregiving from the beginning of life to the end of life. She was most passionate about being an OB Nurse.
She enjoyed kayaking, thrift shopping and going to yard sales. She loved playing games with her family and was the Queen of Tawanda. She was always funny, and many were the victims of her endless pranks.
Christie loved. She loved her grandbabies, her kids, her husband and her family. She loved being MiMi and treasured time with her grandbabies. When her kids were growing up, her home was the hangout, she was "mom" to all the kids who spent time in her home. She was the best mom in the world, and the best wife. Christie loved unconditionally and always forgave. She never complained and she never gave up. She was so strong, and always chose to find joy, no matter the situation.
Christie was the pillar of her family. She was greatly loved, and she will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by grandparents, Wesley and Pauline Williams, grandparents, James and Lucille Lacey, niece, Autumn Knight and granddaughter, Maislee Grace Morris.
Christie is survived by her husband of 10 years, Talmon Hyatt; her parents, Terry and Linda Williams; sons, Aubry and wife Tyra, and Colton and wife Brandi; daughters, Lacey and husband Adam, and Amy and husband Muggsy Moses; stepchildren, Brennon, Jeremy, Rikki Lynn, Nick and Tiffany; sisters, Karen Scott and husband Rick, and Jennifer Knight (Robert); eight grandchildren, Kadence, Julianna, Wilson, Allie, Garrett, Bodhi, Oakley and Unity; step grandchildren, Avery, Ashton, Autumn, Andy, and Ariel; her father and mother-in-law, Doug and Pat Hyatt; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended relatives, and many dear friends and co-workers.
Celebration of Christie's life will be held at 10 AM on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at River of Life Assembly of God. Pastor Mike Thomas will officiate. Burial will follow at Alpena Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday from 5 PM – 8 PM at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.
