Cheryl Jean Trotter, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away at home with her husband by her side on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at the age of 64.

The daughter of Joe Lee and Kathleen (Isaacs) Curbow was born July 21, 1959 in Chanute, Kansas. Her father worked as a logger and her family traveled around. They settled in Marshall, Arkansas for a time, and Cheryl graduated from Marshall High School. She then attended North Arkansas College, which she enjoyed very much.  She completed her studies at the University of Arkansas, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Education.

Cheryl enjoyed antiquing and loved spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Lee Curbow; her mother, Kathleen Kay Curbow; and father and mother-in-law, Robert and Arthurine Trotter.

Cheryl is survived by her husband of 43 years, Daniel R. Trotter; her brother, Steve Curbow, Edgerton, KS; her sister, Deborah (Talmai) Sutterfield of Big Flat, AR; her sister-in-law, Kathy Wallace of Harrison; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 6:30-7:30 PM, Thursday, February 1 at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.

Graveside services will be held at 3 PM, Friday, February 2, 2024 at Gaither Cemetery with Rev. Talena Johnson officiating.

Pallbearers are Greg Foster, Nick Allen, Austin Pratt, John Heuer, and Robert Hunsaker.

Honorary pallbearers are the nurses and caregivers of Legacy Hospice and Home Instead.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Gaither Cemetery Association, PO Box 157, Harrison, AR 72602.
