Charlene "Cheri" Eavy was born in Mechanic Falls, Maine on May 28, 1950; and passed on June 5, 2023 in Harrison, Arkansas, where she lived with her husband Allen Eavy.

Her parents were Ralph Austin and Ellen Shepherd. Her surviving siblings are Ralph "Rick" Austin and Rebecca "Becky" Stratton. Her sons are Brian Sigulinsky (wife Paulette) of West Fork, Arkansas and Keith Sigulinsky (wife Missy) of Martinsburg, West Virginia. She has 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Cheri attended St. Paul Church and was part of their quilting group. She was an avid quilter and won several awards for her beautiful quilts. Her other hobbies included cross stitching, making jams and Jellies, and being a "dog mom".

A memorial has been delayed due to family circumstances and will be announced at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison.
