Celia Warren, age 84, of Western Grove, Arkansas, passed away Monday, April 21, 2025 in Branson, Missouri.
The son of Leo and Dorothy (Brown) Warren was born July 7, 1940 at Tilley, Arkansas.
Throughout his life, Celia embodied a strong work ethic and a deep connection to the land. As the owner of his own business and a dedicated cattle farmer, Celia spent many years building a livelihood rooted in perseverance and self-reliance. His days were filled with purpose-weather tending to livestock or managing the responsibilities of running a business.
Celia found joy in the simple pleasures of life. Throughout his life, he tried to make time for cherished pastimes such as camping, fishing, hunting and gardening. Perhaps most emblematic of his peaceful later years was an image of Celia rocking contentedly on the front porch- a quiet testament to a life well-lived and deeply appreciated.
Family was at the heart of everything Celia did. They are remembered with love by daughters Shelia (Greg) Blevins and Tonya Warren; grandchildren Mitzie (Tanja) Rader, Heather (Eddie) Blevins, Valerie (Adam) Guss, Darrell (Raelynn) Dean; and great-grandchildren Sean (Nicole) Rader, Kyle Rader, Baylor Kemp and Vince Dean. Celia was also survived by a host of family members and close friends.
Celia was preceded in death by his beloved wife Louise Warren; daughter Teresa Merriman; as well as his father, mother and brother.
May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him and serve as a lasting reminder of strength, dedication, and love.
Visitation will be at 10:00 AM followed by the funeral service at 11:00 AM both on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison. Pastor Ricky Lee Moore will officiate. Burial will be in Western Grove Cemetery.
