Cecil M. Miller Jr., loving father and specialist in all things eccentric, unique and outcast, passed from this
earthly existence Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at his home in Pyatt, Arkansas.  He was born November 12, 1945
in Lake City, Florida.

He is survived by his two children Rachel Anne Goodnow and Ezra Aaron Miller, along with his two grandchildren,
Reya Marie Goodnow and Adrik Ezra Miller, as well as many friends who became family along his journey.
He was a man of faith.  Faith in God, family laughter.  He was admired by some, loved by many, and missed by all.
