Carolyn L. Milam, of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away at home surrounded by her family on Friday, February 18, 2022.  She was 75.

The daughter of Garrett and Audrey Grace "Dossie" (McCutcheon) Campbell was born December 21, 1946 in Mount Judea, Arkansas.  She was a lifelong resident of Newton and Boone Counties and a member of Capps Road Church of Christ.

Carolyn was a 1964 graduate of Harrison High School.  She worked as the office manager of the family business, Milam Refrigeration, for 37 years.  She loved flowers, especially her flower gardens at home.  She loved her home and took a great deal of pride in caring for it. She enjoyed trips to Colorado with her family, riding ATV's and looking at the beautiful scenery.

The role that Carolyn most loved was that of wife, mother and grandmother.   She was family oriented and very loving and protective. She also loved her church family and helping when she could.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a nephew, Mike Campbell; her father and mother-in-law, Johnny and Opal Murl Milam; a brother-in-law, O'Dale Milam and sister-in-law, Janice Johnson.

Carolyn is survived by her husband of 56 years, Bob Milam; her children, Labrisha Ann Cantrell and husband Scott of Anderson, MO, Joe Milam and wife Liz of Harrison, Darrell Milam and wife April of Springdale, AR and Denise Dean and fiancée, Shannon Neff of Harrison; six grandchildren, Garrett Milam, Wade Wright and fiancée, Brieanna West, Lauren Milam, Audrey Milam, Liam Milam and Mary Lue Milam; her brothers, Eugene Campbell and wife Sharon and Robert Campbell and wife Francis; brothers and sisters-in-law, Vena Rogers of Harrison, Genitta Harris and husband Billy of Harrison, David Milam of Sheridan, AR and Teresa McGarrah and husband Dewey of Harrison and a host of nieces, nephews, extended relatives and close friends.

Funeral service will be at 10 AM, Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel with Norman Sewell and Tanner Campbell officiating.  Burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 5 PM – 7 PM at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Scott Cantrell, Dewey McGarrah, Shannon Neff, Billy Harris and Wade Wright.

Honorary pallbearers are Garrett Milam and Liam Milam.
