Carole Ann Chadwick, 76 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Thursday, August 23, 2018 after a lengthy illness.

She was born June 4, 1942 to Charles Doyal Amos and Katie Hughlean Beason in Chicago, Illinois. She grew up Rome, Georgia and moved to Arkansas in 1964, where she obtained her LPN license. She enjoyed working in the nursing home and helping the elderly.

Ann was a devoted, loving, caring mother to her children and grandchildren. They were truly her everything. Her friends knew she was a true friend and she was most proud of that. She had made many special and dear friends through her lifetime.

She was a Christian and attended The Church of the Nazarene where Pastor Sam Boyd and wife Karen along with the congregation made her feel like family.

Ann was proceeded in death by parents, her son, Jonathan Diprima; and Bob Chadwick.

She is survived by children, Stephen Diprima of Rome, GA, Ann Marie Brown and husband Duane of Hope, AR and Scott Diprima and wife Vickie of Danville, AR, and Tammy Watson of Conway, AR; her grandchildren, Barry, Lauren, Jason, Natalie, Sarah Grace, Bailey, Catherine and Haze and many special friends.

A celebration of her life will be from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM on Sunday, August 26, 2018 at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison, AR.

Private family burial will be held at Kirby's Tucker Memorial Cemetery in Gassville at a later date.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Dr. Geoffrey Dunaway, Amanda Chitsey, and the entire staff at Hillcrest Homes for the loving care she received.
