Carl Columbis Farmer, age 74 of Jasper, passed away Friday, June 17, 2011 at the Hospice House in Harrison.
The son of Columbis Farmer and Bonnie (Holt) Prichett was born November 27, 1936 in Jasper, Arkansas.
He was of Pentecostal faith and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and driving through the mountains looking for places to hunt.
He was preceded in death by his parents; 6 sisters, Eugie Hallum, Eula Breedlove, Eulla Gay Smith, Floy Smith, Dossie Carmack, and Elsie Smith; and 2 brothers, Sammy Farmer and Elden Farmer.
He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Clema Jean and Quinton Davis of Pea Ridge, AR.; 4 brothers, Dale Farmer of Jasper, Doile Farmer of Harrison, Preston Farmer of Western Grove, and Farrel Holt of Jasper; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral service was Monday June 20, 2011 at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper. Burial followed in Crossroads Cemetery at Deer, Arkansas.
Visitation was Sunday, June 19, 2011 at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper.
