Brenda Sue McDaniel, 61 of Lead Hill, Arkansas passed away Sunday, June 24, 2018 in Harrison, Arkansas.

The daughter of Willie and Jearldine (McInturff) Gray was born August 5, 1956 at Kansas City, Missouri.  She was a resident of Boone County for 42 years, moving from Kansas City and attended Peel Full Gospel Church.

Brenda enjoyed having her small farm with pigs, goats, horses and cows, and all of the animals had names.  She was especially fond of the cows, and she had them tame enough to pet.

Brenda loved being a grandmother and loved all of her grandkids.  She was a loving and devoted mother and would always go the extra mile for her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles "Butch" McDaniel, her parents, two infant siblings and a sister, Norma Lee Harper.

Brenda is survived by her son, Roy D. Gray (Crystal) of Alpena; two daughters, Crystal G. Dotson of Lead Hill and Jamie S. Morris of Harrison; three brothers, Larry D. Gray and Ron D. Gray both of Harrison and Bob Gray of Kansas City, MO; 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who loved her and will miss her.

Funeral services are at 2:00 PM Friday, June 29, 2018 at Peel Full Gospel Church with Pastor Carroll Johnson officiating.  Burial will follow at Milum Cemetery in Lead Hill.  Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 PM at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.

Pallbearers are Kyle Glover, Larry Gray, Sydney Gray, Jason Dotson, Dalton Decker and Will Smith.  Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Kevin Jackson, Dr. Keller, Mount Vista Staff and Dr. Abdelaal and staff.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Legacy Hospice, Mt. Vista Rehab & Health or the American Cancer Society.
