Bobbie Jean Breedlove, age 65 of Jasper, Arkansas passed away Sunday, April 8, 2012 at Fayetteville, Arkansas.
The daughter of Norman Floyd and Mary Ruth (Villines) Phillips was born March 20, 1947 at Harrison, Arkansas.
She was a homemaker, a member of the Parthenon First Baptist Church and a lifetime resident of Newton County.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Mary Ruth Phillips; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Stella and William Breedlove; two sisters-in-law, Imogene Breedlove and Lorene Fickle; four brothers-in-law, Ray Breedlove, L.R. Breedlove, Berlin Carlton and Lee Breedlove.
Survivors are her husband, Doy Breedlove of Jasper; one son, Greg Breedlove of Parthenon; one daughter, Gloria Breedlove of Jasper; three brothers, Rodney Phillips of Hermiston, Oregon, Henry Phillips of Batavia and Nelson Phillips of Bergman; eight sisters, Mary Caroline Morgan of Mt. Sherman, Diantha Breedlove of Jasper, Cathy Breedlove of Mt. Sherman, Betsy Braswell of Harrison, Tammy Vanderwaal of Parthenon, Jan Edgmon of Mt. Sherman, Tonda Ervin of Springdale and Ginger Holtby of Harrison; four grandchildren, Flinton Rasmussen, Bradley Breedlove, Casandra Breedlove and Valley Jean Breedlove. She is also survived by sister-in-law, Bonnie Carlton and brothers-in-law, Dee Breedlove, Arnold Breedlove and Loyal Breedlove and numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Funeral services were Friday, April 13, 2012 at the Parthenon First Baptist Church with Bro. Bobby Young and Bro. Jamey James officiating. Burial followed in Union Hill Cemetery at Parthenon.
Visitation was Thursday, April 12, 2012 at the funeral home.
Pallbearers were Tony Breedlove, Kalan Carlton, Kirby Carlton, Russell Morgan, Flint Rasmussen and Shane Reece. Honorary pallbearers were grandsons and nephews.
Arrangements were handled by Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper.
