Billy Joe "Toe Joe" Strickland, of Western Grove, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2023 at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center. He was 75 years old.

The son of Joe and Florence (Herrin) Strickland was born on July 7, 1947 in Harrison, Arkansas.

"Toe Joe" was a longtime truck driver and loved being with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors include his wife, Ann Sanders; his mother, Florence Strickland; one brother and his wife, David and Deborah Strickland; one sister and her husband, Kim and Mike Smithyman; three nephews, Zach and Matt Smithyman and Blake Strickland; one great niece, Sutton; and one great nephew, Eli.

At his request there will be no service.
