William Bert "Billy" Carlton, age 47 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Saturday, December 19, 2015 in Harrison.
The son of Arland Carlton Jr. and Janis (Harding) Carlton was born on November 12, 1968 in Harrison, Arkansas.
He was preceded in death by his sister Zanetta Evelyn Carlton.
He is survived by his parents of Harrison; two daughters, Zanetta Carlton of Jasper, Arkansas and Cynthia Carlton of Harrison; and many others who will mourn his passing.
Memorial services will be held Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 2:00 pm at the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel in Harrison.
