Obituary
Billie Fern Clark, 92, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 24 (2016) at her home in Marble Falls.
She was born in Henrietta, Oklahoma, and was a Newton County resident for 40 years.
Survivors include two children, Fillmore Clark, of Lake Helen, Florida, and Carolyn Evans, of Harrison, and her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Jessie, Erin, Samantha, Julie, Miles, Tiffany, Elizabeth, Kylie, Rowan, Claire, Elly, Ella, Madeline and Katherine.
Billie was a retired bookkeeper, a stone mason and a homemaker. She was a Peace Corps volunteer, serving in Kenya.
In losing her, we lost a mind that asks real questions that require more than a sound bite answer. Granny and her house were and always will be about family.
There will be a private family service at her home.
She believed in Goodness and her goodness touched us all.
