Obituary
Bill Hacker, age 77 of Harrison, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2015 at the Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville, AR.
The son of Harry and Bernadine (Rains) Hacker was born September 2, 1937 in Boone County, AR.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Clyde Hacker; Vicky Hacker; his granddaughter, Victoria Lynn Arnold; and his son-in-law, Jay Arnold.
Bill enjoyed fishing, brush hogging and many other outdoor activities such as bird hunting. He also enjoyed meeting his friends at the round table at the Ranch House in Harrison. Bill owned and operated Harrison Ready Mix and Hacker Construction for many years.
He is survived by his daughters, Debora Smith of Rogers, AR, Della Arnold of Harrison, Sara Hacker of Harrison, and Billie Hacker of Harrison; his sister, Betty Patterson of Lakelotawana, MO; his brothers, Charles Hacker (Lawana) of Ashdown, AR, Larry Hacker of Harrison, and Roger (Jackie) Hacker of Harrison; his grandchildren, Lynn Smith Jr., Jennifer Arnold, Stephanie McGarity (Mike), and William Hacker; and his great-grandchildren, Jayce and Addilyn McGarity.
Honorary pallbearers are Billy Edwards, Paul Foresee, Dave Hensley, Dr. Roy Lee, and Delbert Chappelle.
Visitation will be 3:00 to 5:00 P.M., Saturday, August 8, 2015 at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison, AR.
