Bettye Marcille Morris Stills, age 83 of St. Joe, AR, passed away Saturday, August 22, 2015 in Highland Court Nursing Home in Marshall, AR.
The daughter of Howard and Dora (Palmer) Morris was born December 5, 1931 in Choctaw County Sopar, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Scottie Maurice Morris.
Bettye worked as a seamstress and was a homemaker. She enjoyed fishing, flower gardening and was proud of her Choctaw Heritage.
She is survived by her four children, Howard Bigger of St. Joe, Bennie Stills and his wife Jeanette of Harrison, Dave Jones and his wife Terri and their daughter Toni, and Larry Glenn and Claudie; five grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
Graveside service will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at Osborne Cemetery in St. Joe, AR with Mike Drew officiating.
Pallbearers will be Dave Jones, Richard Glenn, Kerry Saylors, Mike Drew, Howard Biggers, and Bennie Stills.
Honorary pallbearers are Thomas Glenn, Ruben Mays, David Cowles, Dexter Baker, and Bennie Stills, Sr.
